Refund Policy:
- If Blue Whale Arts, LLC cancels a class due to low enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be
given.
- Withdrawals made more than seven days prior to the class: A full refund will be issued.
- Withdrawals made between seven and four days prior to class: A 50% refund will be issued.
- Withdrawals made three or less days, prior to the class: No refund, nor credit.
- If a check is returned you will be charged all bank fees, legal fees if applicable plus $35.00

After you complete the form:
1. Print two copies from your browser window (Click on file, then click print)
Use one copy for your records, send the 2nd copy with your payment
2. Hit submit button below - This will hold your spot in the class for 7 days to allow for payment
after seven days you may not be guaranteed a spot in the class
