	Hook & Loop (H&L) backed abrasive is much more resuable than pressure sensitive adhesive(PSA). Just peal and stick the 3" Hook and Loop disc and you are ready to go. This allows quick changing of your hook and loop compatable sanding disc. Want to convert your sander back to PSA. Just remove the hook and loop disc.
