Mini Rub On colors can be used to accent, highlight or use as full-coverage media. Use on heavy Card Stock, Glossy Paper, Fimo Clay, Ceramic, Wood or other hard surfaces. Great for crafts, home decor, frame finishing, stenciling, restoration and more.
