Tria inks are alcohol based and non-toxic; providing vibrant, quick drying, permanent results and fade resistance. They are transparent and allow for many different techniques. Easy to use right out of the bottle.

Tria Inks (formally known as Pantone Inks) are permanent on gourd surfaces with little or no fading. When working with Tria Inks there is about a three-minute working time on the gourd surface before inks dry. This greatly reduces demarcation lines and lets you blend tones and shades right on the gourd. Tria Inks can be mixed with leather dyes and thinned with alcohol or mixed with each other to create lighter/darker shades. Once dyed, the gourd can be finished with finishing wax, spar varnish, spray or brush on acrylic.

Note: Tria Inks are very liquid, more so than leather dyes.
